Terms and Conditions of Clinical Supply

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the e-commerce supply portal operated by TheDentalHeights ("The Platform"). These terms constitute a legally binding commercial agreement between the purchasing dental professional or clinical establishment ("Doctor", "Buyer", "Clinic") and TheDentalHeights.

Professional Dental Restrictive Covenant: All materials, instruments, implants, and equipment sold on this platform are strictly designated for use by or under the direct supervision of certified dental surgeons registered with the Dental Council of India (DCI).

1. Practitioner Eligibility & Account Verification

To procure dental medical devices, you represent and warrant that you hold a valid, unrevoked dental surgery qualification (BDS, MDS, or equivalent) registered with a State Dental Council in India or represent a legally recognized hospital or clinic. We reserve the right to withhold dispatch of controlled medical substances pending credential confirmation.

2. Orders, Quotations & Price Validity

All listed prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under Indian tax laws. Volume tier discounts (e.g. Bulk 5+ or Hospital Cartons) apply strictly when order quantities meet the threshold criteria specified in the product catalog. We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors before shipment.

3. CDSCO Medical Devices Regulatory Compliance

All products cataloged on TheDentalHeights are manufactured or imported in strict compliance with the Medical Devices Rules (MDR 2017). Batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and sterilization records are traceable directly to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), such as 3M ESPE, Dentsply Sirona, GC Corporation, and Tokuyama.

4. Cold-Chain Delivery Protocol & Clinic Acceptance

Certain dental materials (e.g. polyether impression materials, dual-cure resin cements, bioactive peptides) require strict temperature monitoring between 2°C and 8°C. The clinic’s receiving staff must examine the outer container’s thermal indicator upon delivery. Any temperature excursion must be reported to our courier desk within 24 hours of receipt.

5. GST Invoicing & Input Tax Credit (ITC) Rules

Tax invoices are issued with the practitioner’s provided GSTIN. B2B invoices are uploaded to the GST portal within the statutory timelines to reflect in the clinic’s GSTR-2B statement. The clinic is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the submitted GSTIN and legal trade name.

6. Warranty & Replacements

Rotary handpieces, ultrasonic scalers, and curing lights carry standard manufacturer warranties (typically 12 to 24 months). Consumable materials with defective dispenser seals or compromised packaging will be replaced free of charge pursuant to our Cancellation & Replacement Policy.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of commercial transactions conducted on TheDentalHeights shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amritsar, Punjab or Jaipur, Rajasthan.
